Ameelio Mail is an app for sending photos to people who are incarcerated. It was the first product from the company and one that meant a lot to me. I redesigned it to feel more similar to what it's like to send people photos in modern photo sharing apps.

Ameelio Mail is an app for sending photos to people who are incarcerated. It was the first product from the company and one that meant a lot to me. I redesigned it to feel more similar to what it's like to send people photos in modern photo sharing apps.

Ameelio Connect is a product where people can schedule video calls, voice calls, and message with their incarcerated loved ones.

Messsaging was a very important part of the product because it allowed people to stay connected at times when they were not able to make phone calls. It also reduced the friction associated with staying in touch because you no longer needed to schedule a call and wait for approval.
